1-Strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients for a strawberry banana smoothie ( Breakfast Smoothies)

- 1 cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup low-fat curd
- 4-5 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla syrup or caramel syrup
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Process-
- Mix and blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Mix ice cube and again blend for 20-30 sec.
- Garnish and drink it.

This one is for those of you who really love fruit. You will really enjoy this unique combination of flavors.
Ingredients for a fruit smoothie recipe
– 1 orange
– 2 kiwis
– 2 bananas
– 1 apple
– 150 gm handfuls of blueberries (depending on how much you like blueberries)
– 1 cup of milk
– 10 strawberries
– 2 pieces of pineapple
– 5 oz plain yogurt
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 handful of ice
Directions:
Take the orange, kiwis, bananas, and apple and cut them into small pieces.
Then, put them in the mixer and blend briefly.
Add the other fruits and berries, followed by the milk, yogurt, ice and any ingredients you have not yet blended.
Once everything has been blended together sufficiently, you will have a positively unique and delicious smoothie.

- Strawberry- ½ cup
- Banana- 1 peeled
- Apple- ½ cup

- Ice cubes- if needed
- Mint- 4-5 leaves
Process
- Mix all the ingredient in the jar and blend till becoming smooth
- Add ice cubes and again mix it for 20-30 sec.

Smoothies with yogurt are generally considered to be pretty healthy, but this one goes a step further. You’ll notice that it contains less sugar than most others, as well as a couple of ingredients you don’t usually see in smoothie recipes. Nevertheless, it’s quite tasty!
Ingredients for this super healthy smoothie recipe
– 4 oz low-fat yogurt
– one banana
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
– 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
– 2 tbsp orange juice
– ½ cup skim milk
– Cinnamon
Directions:
Cut the banana into several pieces and mix it in the blender with the yogurt.
Next, add the orange juice, milk, vanilla, and other ingredients.
Blend for 30 seconds or until you reach the smoothness you prefer.
Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon to taste.
You’re in control here – the cinnamon will bring an extra seasoning to the smoothie, so add as much as you like.
7-Mango banana smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 medium bananas (about 1 lb.)
- 2 mangoes
- 1/4 cup apple juice or unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Directions:
Chill the bananas and mangoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour prior.
Peel and slice bananas and mangoes and place in blender.
Add apple juice or coconut milk and honey.
Cover and blend until smooth.
During the blending process, add ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in lid.
Blend until smooth.

Directions:
Cut the frozen banana into 3 or 4 chunks and peel.
mix all these ingredients Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon and honey (optional) in a mixer.
Blend these all on high speed for a minute or until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar and top with a dusting of ground nutmeg.

- 1 can (250gm) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- one cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
mix pineapple, banana, milk, and blueberries in blender or food processor container.
Cover and blend until thick and smooth.
Serve immediately.

- 1 can (20-ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- Single can (16 1/2 ounce size) blueberries or blackberries in lite syrup, drained
